I’m Valentino Curtis, and I was born and raised in Sacramento, California. I'm currently studying Economics & Accounting at UC Santa Barbara with aspirations of building a career in finance. My passion for finance and investing began over four years ago and has only grown deeper through hands-on experience, market research, and continuous learning. Since purchasing my first share of stock during the 2020 market crash, I’ve been fully immersed in the world of investing.
I’ve had the privilege of assisting my family and close acquaintances with their portfolios, helping them work toward financial freedom and making investing feel approachable. Through this, I’ve learned the value of education, patience, communication, and calculated risk-taking.
Outside of finance, I enjoy spending time outdoors, socializing with friends, and staying active. Basketball has been a big part of my life, teaching me teamwork, discipline, and the power of community. I believe in maintaining balance—pursuing my goals with focus while also making time for hobbies and personal connections.
